Oscar’s has the classic Ohio tavern thing down: cold beer, mixed drinks, pizza, burgers, pulled pork, and fried bologna sandwiches — because this is Ohio, and some traditions deserve federal protection.

There’s pool, games, a patio, live music, karaoke, open mic nights, Queen of Hearts, Thursday Bingo with Bud, and line dancing for anyone whose knees still have a little warranty left.

But the real thing here is the room.
