This weeks Event & Entertainment Calander is filled with holiday concerts, live music, craft workshops and community celebrations. Below are the week’s events organized by day.


Lapsit  Baby Time — 11 AM, Monday December 8 and Monday December 15

Marion Public Library – Kids Area

A 20‑minute lap‑sit storytime promoting early literacy for babies aged 0–24 months. Led by Miss Madison and Jaymi, it includes songs, bounce rhymes, finger plays and a short book.

Buckeye Talks on Tap: “What the Supreme Court Should Say About Sex Discrimination” — 5:30 PM, Tuesday December 9

Bucci’s Italian Scratch Kitchen, 320 W Center St.

OSU Marion’s lecture series visits Bucci’s. Doors open at 5 PM for food and drinks; at 5:30 PM Professor Chris Green discusses how the U.S. Supreme Court should treat sex discrimination, followed by a Q&A session.
